Just to say thanks - the villa was lovely and we all enjoyed our stay there. It was very clean and well looked after. Yanni was very helpful. Our wedding was in Kipseli at the Vardiola Restaurant right on the beach - we had a fantastic time and brilliant honey moon in Kefalonia!

My friends and I have just returned from a fantastic week in Lilianna villa. We had such a great time. It surpassed all of our expectations. It had excellent services and plenty of space. Very efficient staff members made our stay even more welcome while respecting our privacy. The villas location was very peaceful and tranquil, only fifteen minutes from a beautiful beach. We would all like to say thanks a million to Anna for a great holiday and we would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a bit of relaxation!!

Both families loved the accomodation, and the guys working there were so helpful and gave us such a lovely surprise with the roses, fruit and wine. It topped off a fantastic day.

My family and I have just returned from a wonderful break at Villa Lilianna. The accomodation is first class. All the bedrooms are good sized and the top floor bedroom suite is amazing with gorgeous sea views. Their is so much room and every room has a lovely furnished balcony. The outside area is gorgeous with a lovely dining area and barbeque. There are olive trees all over the place for shade when needed. The villa is cared for well by the totally unobtrusive caretaker and cleaner. The villa is a fifteen minute walk to the beach and along the road from a lovely hotel Hotel Balkony which has great food and the best view and sunset. Althought the villas look close together the tress between the villas are much taller now and we hardly noticed the other families at all very peaceful. Thoroughly recommend the villa - it was a joy!

We have just come from \'Lilianna\'. Our villa was absolutely stunning. It was more than we could have hoped for. Large and spacious and very well equiped. The decor was lovely too. The pool was cleaned twice a day and the villa cleaned every other day by friendly and helpful people. Our children even bought them a gift as they were so friendly to them! The villa is superbly situated as it is in a quiet area but a very short drive toTtsilivi where there is everything you need. We would highly recommend it to anyone. Fantastic!!!

I thought you might like to hear our comments and allow others to see our reccomendation.
My family and i stayed @ the lilianna villa from the 10th to the 25th of may 2009. We all agree the villa has extremely polished our stay. We had all the facilities that are stated and certainly would recomend anyone to stay here. The views fantastic. Pool so refreshing. The beds clean and comfortable, the kitchen well supplied (teatowels, mats, chopping boards, cutlery and all the cooking utensils you need). Bathrooms spotless and supplied with fresh towels all the time. The garden magnificent. The pools are separated by a line of trees but the pool area is very private.
The shops are very scarse. Theres a small one on the beach road but mainly stocks for the locals. The others are all in zante town or tsilivi. As none of us in our party were drivers we walked into tsilivi ( highly recomended ) and bought in bulk and then got a taxi back. Yanni and Triadaphilly look after the villa`s and yo!
u will enjoy their company when they are there and become friends. We only regret that we didn`t have a BBQ when we were there. We were too tired from all the fun we were having.
